Daniel Mateo Montalcini

I was born in Italy, more precisely in Genoa, though I moved straight after to Vitoria, in the Basque, region of Spain, until I was 2 and a half years old. My father originates from there and taught Biology and Pharmacy at university. My mother continued developing her expertise, teaching Spanish as a translator. Luckily, I grew up in an international environment, sharing cultures, traditions and practices, as well as sharing my culture with others. The opportunity to study in an international realm such as undertaking university in England, provided me with valuable insights into people from around the world.
